With 30+years of electrical experience, and 12+ years of PV solar installations, Dave oversees all company operations and projects. With a reputation for completing projects on time and under budget he is dedicated to visiting job sites, managing installation crews, and maintaining project excellence.
Dave’s focus is providing solutions to complex technical issues for his clients. A skilled Master Electrician in his own right, Dave also designs and coordinates the installation of residential, commercial and industrial PV and electrical systems.

John is a gifted solar & battery system designer, project manager, and NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional with multiple certifications in system design and code compliance.
John is instrumental in the technical sales process to verify that design and system specifications are in compliance with regulatory statutes. As project manager, he also acts as liaison between Alpenglow and various municipal entities to ensure each project is permitted in a timely manner.

NABCEP certified, Steiner oversees managing all solar operations. He is the final point of contact for all clients, making sure the install exceeds expectations.
Steiner graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in Marketing. After 20+ years guiding rafting trips in the Grand Canyon, he shifted his focus to renewable energy in 2014. Always an outdoor enthusiast, Steiner enjoys kayaking, biking, skiing, snowboarding and rafting.

Lynn Chadderdon has been with Alpenglow Energy (originally Alpenglow Electric) since its inception in 2009. Primarily focused on accounting and client relations, Lynn brings stellar customer service to all projects.
Lynn has experience in all aspects of the business side of Alpenglow’s solar and electric divisions. Outside of the office, she enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and spending time with her husband Dave and their two pups in the Park City/Midway area.

Ron has more than a dozen years in technical solar energy sales. He’s demonstrated the ability to visualize complex projects from scratch, break down component parts and optimize value for the client. In 2010, he was instrumental in the development of the 1.7 MW rooftop PV solar plant on the Salt Palace Convention Center. Since then, Ron has supported 100s of homeowners, companies and non-profits create the ideal solar solution to meet their individual and/or entity’s needs.
